When you register with RalphLauren.com, you will have the option to create your own address
book. This feature allows you to store not only your own billing and shipping information,
but also the names and addresses of people you frequently send gifts to. It's easy to add,
change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The information
that you store in your address list is for your use only. RalphLauren.com will not contact anyone
listed unless we have a specific communication about a delivery.)
Although we allow you to add international addresses to your address book,
we do not ship outside the United States. The international billing feature is designed for
our Canadian customers who frequently send gifts to the U.S. or who maintain U.S. residences.
We do, however, have Ralph Lauren stores all over the world. Please use
Our Stores to find the store nearest you.

RalphLauren.com allows registered users to store a credit card number securely under their account for easy shopping and checkout. Credit cards issued by banks in or with billing addresses in the following countries can also be stored for your convenience (though we cannot ship outside the United States). See Countries. All credit cards stored on RalphLauren.com are encrypted for user protection so that no one-including customer assistance and information technology-can access your credit card number.
Once you make a purchase from our site, the credit card you use at checkout can be stored for
you in your User Profile. You will only be able to delete your credit card information,
not make updates to it.

Order Status
We will send an e-mail confirming the details of your order and the shipping method.
You may check your order status through the Order History area of My Account or the
Track Your Orders option. You can also contact a Customer Service Representative at
888-475-7674. Your Order History lists the current status of pending orders.
Our customer assistance hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday, 9 A.M. - midnight
Saturday - Sunday, 11 A.M. - 11 P.M.
Memorial Day, 11 A.M. - 11 P.M.
Independence Day: 11 A.M. - 6 P.M.
Labor Day, 9 A.M. - 6 P.M.

Shipping Status
You will receive a shipment tracking number with your shipment confirmation e-mail. Gift
shipments are confirmed by letter if an e-mail address is not provided. You will be able
to find the shipping status of any order by going to www.FedEx.com and entering the tracking
number pertaining to your order.
Changes to Orders
Once you place an order at RalphLauren.com, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order. If the cancel option is available, you will find a button next to your order on the order tracking page at the following link: https://www.ralphlauren.com/checkout/index.jsp?process=orderTracking.
