We ship via FedEx Home Delivery when you choose the standard delivery option. FedEx Home
Delivery delivers packages Tuesday through Saturday from 9 A.M. to 8 P.M. to residential
addresses. Orders sent by 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through
Friday from 8 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 5-Business-Day or 2-Business-Day shipping if you are shipping your package to a business address. Ralph Lauren Gift Cards and Ralph Lauren Lighting are not eligible for expedited shipping.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and

Personalizing an item requires additional delivery time for your entire order. All orders that include Create Your Own items will leave our warehouse within 2 to 4 days of order placement. All delivery schedules (listed below) are in addition to the 2 to 4 day timeframe for order completion. Once your entire order is completed, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the FedEx tracking information.
Create Your Own items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lighting returns and exchanges must be made to RalphLauren.com and cannot be accepted at Ralph Lauren stores.
Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When
estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval, address verification and order
processing.
We do not ship outside the United States. We do, however, have Ralph Lauren
stores all over the world. Please use the Store Locator to find the store nearest you.

From there, click on any order number for complete order details, including the FedEx tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the FedEx Web site, where you can follow the progress of shipments. If you don't have a RalphLauren.com account yet, set one up at My Account.
You can also track your order by clicking on Track My Orders. Simply enter the order number and zip code information to view the order details.
