Order Status

We will send an email confirming the details of your order and the shipping method.

You may check your order status through the Order History area of My Account or the Track Your Orders option. You can also contact a Customer Assistance representative at 888-475-7674. Your Order History lists the current status of pending orders.

Our Customer Assistance hours of operation are:
Monday–Friday, 9 AM–midnight
Saturday–Sunday, 11 AM–11 PM
Memorial Day, 11 AM–11 PM
Independence Day: 11 AM–6 PM
Labor Day, 9 AM–6 PM
Thanksgiving Day: Closed
Christmas Eve, 9 AM–7 PM
Christmas Day: Closed
New Year's Eve, 11 AM–9 PM
New Year's Day: Closed
All hours are Eastern Time

 

Shipping Status

If you have a registered account with RalphLauren.com, it is easy to check the status of your orders. Simply go to Order History under Order Information. From there, click on any order number for its complete order details, including its tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number takes you directly to the shipping carrier's website, where you can follow the progress of your shipment(s).

If you do not have a RalphLauren.com account yet, set one up under My Account. You also can track an order by entering your order number and billing ZIP code under Check Order.

 

Changes to Orders

Once you place an order at RalphLauren.com, there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order. If the cancel option is available, you will find a button next to your order on the order tracking page at the following link: RalphLauren.com/Orders
