  2. When will my order ship?

    Pending order verification and credit approval, orders placed with Economy or Standard Ground shipping will ship within 1-3 business days and orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship within 1 business day. Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days.

    Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

    We endeavor to ship your purchase within 3 business days of receiving your order. This 3-day period allows for order verification, credit approval and order processing. This time is in addition to the transit time required of the delivery method you selected.

    Orders placed with Saturday delivery will arrive Saturday if placed between 11:01 A.M. EST Thursday and 11:00 A.M. EST Friday. If an order is placed outside of these hours, it will be shipped via the Next Day delivery option. We do not recommend choosing Saturday delivery if you are placing your order outside of these hours.

    Ralph Lauren Gift Cards and Ralph Lauren Lighting are not eligible for expedited shipping.

    Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Samoa and any P.O. boxes are shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. Economy, 2-Business-Day, Next Day, and Saturday delivery options are not available. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for delivery. RalphLauren.com is proud to offer shipping to APO addresses.   5. By which carrier will my order be shipped?

    We ship via the United States Postal Service when you choose the Economy delivery option. The United States Postal Service delivers packages Monday through Saturday.

    We use several methods and carriers to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible based on your selected delivery method and location. Deliveries will be made during the carrier's normal business hours. Your package will arrive via US Mail, UPS or FedEx. Once your order has shipped, you can track your order's location using the information provided by the carrier chosen to handle your shipment.

    Orders sent by 2-Business-Day or Next Day shipping methods are delivered Monday through Friday from 8 A.M. through 4:30 P.M. We recommend choosing 2-Business-Day or Next Day delivery if you are shipping your package to a business address.

    Orders placed with Saturday delivery will arrive Saturday if placed between 11:01 A.M. EST Thursday and 11:00 A.M. EST Friday. If an order is placed outside of these hours, it will be shipped via the Next Day delivery option.     Once an order is placed at RalphLauren.com, you cannot make changes. For assistance please call our Customer Service Representatives at 888-475-7674.

  7. Can I ship to an address other than my own?

    Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own. When you register with RalphLauren.com, you will have the option to create your own address list. This feature allows you to store the names and addresses of people to whom you frequently send gifts. It's easy to add, change or delete information from your address list at any time. (Please note: The information that you store in your address list is for your use only. RalphLauren.com will not contact anyone listed unless we have a specific question about a delivery.)

    Currently, we do not ship outside the United States. We are proud, however, to offer APO shipping.

  8. What if I am not pleased with my selection? Can I return the purchase?

    Returns and exchanges must be made within the guidelines in our Return Policy .

    Full-Price Merchandise:
    • The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 60 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
    • The current selling price will be credited if returned after 60 days and accompanied by the original invoice.
      Merchandise that is older than 90 days from the original ship date cannot be accepted.

    Sale-Price Merchandise:

    • The full amount will be credited to the original tender (credit card, gift card, or online gift certificate) if returned within 30 days of the ship date on your invoice and accompanied by the original invoice.
    • After 30 days, sale product is not eligible for return or credit.

    Items must be in like-new condition and unworn to be accepted as a return.

    Personalized Items (e.g., Create Your Own, Make Your Own) cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Lighting returns and exchanges must be made to RalphLauren.com and cannot be accepted at Ralph Lauren stores.

    Price adjustments will be accepted within 10 days from the ship date. Price adjustments are accepted on items purchased at the full retail price only. Items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount, are not eligible for further price adjustment.

    Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise using the postage-paid return label provided with your order. Please complete the Return/Exchange form and include it with your merchandise. This will assist us in processing your return in a timely manner. Simply attach the postage-paid return label to your package, and return it via your most convenient United States Postal Service shipping location. When using the postage-paid return label, a $5 handling will be deducted from your order refund.

    If you choose to pay for the return postage yourself, we recommend that you insure the package via your carrier of choice and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse will be credited. When using your own shipping method, the $5 handling will not be deducted from your order refund. Take the package to your postal carrier, and mail it to the following address:

    When paying for return postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via U.S. Mail, and purchase tracking services for your protection. Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only merchandise received by our warehouse can be credited.

    All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

    Making a return to any of our domestic US Ralph Lauren stores:

    For expedited service, we encourage you to make your return by mail using our online process and the postage-paid return label provided with your original package. You can start the online return process here . All of our stores accept returns, however, they must be shipped to our warehouse before they can be credited, a process that takes 10 to 12 days. We invite you to visit our stores at anytime, and we look forward to assisting you with any of your shopping needs in the future.

    All returns and exchanges must conform to the guidelines of our Return policy and must be accompanied by the original invoice. RalphLauren.com merchandise can only be returned to US Ralph Lauren stores and Rugby.com merchandise can only be returned to US Rugby stores.

    Returns of products purchased online with PayPal® and Bill Me Later® are accepted only by mail, not at our stores.

  9. What will it cost me to make a return or exchange?

    All returns will be credited to the original form of payment unless otherwise specified on the return/exchange form. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement.

    We will deduct $5 from your order refund for return postage when using the postage-paid return label. If you pay the return postage yourself, you will not be charged a fee. The $5 fee does not apply to gift returns from a gift recipient or same-item exchanges.

    You can track the status of your return shipment at RalphLauren.com through My Account . You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing.

  10. If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?

    Exchanging gifts is easy, since all gifts come with a gift receipt without prices and have our postage-paid return label. Gift recipients who return an item and do not want an exchange will be issued a RalphLauren.com online gift certificate.

    Personalized Items (e.g., Create Your Own, Make Your Own) cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Lighting returns and exchanges must be made to RalphLauren.com and cannot be accepted at Ralph Lauren stores.

  11. Will my order be taxed?

    Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address. We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of gift certificates; however, items paid for with gift certificates will be taxed.

  12. I live outside the United States. Can I order from RalphLauren.com?

    Currently, we offer shipping throughout the United States and the United Kingdom. Please visit RalphLauren.co.uk for any UK orders. Additionally, we do have Ralph Lauren stores all over the world. Please use Our Stores to find one near you.

  13. What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

    Customer satisfaction is our goal at RalphLauren.com. Please contact our Customer Service Representatives at 888-475-7674 and we will replace the order.

  14. Can I see a record of my transactions with RalphLauren.com?

    By registering with us, you can check your order status online through the Order History area of your User Profile. All of the details regarding past purchases will be conveniently stored for you in an organized listing.   15. How long does it take to process my return?

    Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of return processing. We are not able to issue credit until your return package has been received and processed.

  16. If I want to exchange my item for a similar item or a different size or color, how do I do that?

    There are two easy ways to make an exchange. You can either return your exchange by mail or exchange your purchase at any of our domestic U.S. Ralph Lauren stores.

    If exchanging by mail, specify the new color or size of the item you are exchanging on the return/exchange form and include the form in your return package. Simply affix the postage-paid return label to your package and drop it in the mail, and we'll send your new item free of shipping charges.

    When exchanging in our stores, you must have your invoice with you in order for the store to process your exchange. Exchange requests must be made within 60 days of order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.   17. Do you sell your gift boxes?

    Gift packaging is offered free of charge with most purchases at RalphLauren.com. When prompted at the checkout page, just let us know you'd like to make your purchase a gift. Each gift will arrive elegantly presented in our signature navy box. We will include your personalized message, if you like, as well as a receipt (excluding pricing information), for easy exchange. We do not sell our gift boxes.

  21. Are there any limitations regarding promotion codes?

    If you receive a promotion code for use at RalphLauren.com, you may redeem it in your shopping bag or on the payment page at checkout. Only one promotional code can be applied to an order.     A counterfeit product is a fake or imitation made with the goal of tricking you into believing it is genuine. Counterfeit Ralph Lauren products are typically of poor quality and lack the details that make each Ralph Lauren product high-quality.

  2. How is Ralph Lauren Corporation addressing the issue of counterfeit luxury goods?

    This is a very important issue and one we take very seriously. We take every step possible to pursue counterfeiters and the shops, websites, vendors and flea markets that sell fake Ralph Lauren products to maintain the reputation of the brand.
