They were issued a ups label from wherever they are coming from but apparently never sent out or received by UPS. PLEASE TRY TO FIND THEM FOR ME. Maybe UPS can tell you where the label was issued. These cargo pants are shockingly poor quality — cheaply made, unflattering, and nowhere near what I’d expect from something associated with Ralph Lauren. I would be embarrassed to put my name on these. I’ve seen (and owned) higher-quality garments from random department store brands at a fraction of the price. The fit is especially bad: tight in the waist, loose and sloppy everywhere else, with no structure or tailoring. They look and feel cheap. What makes this worse is the customer service. After placing my order, it sat for 10 days without shipping. On day 11, I received an email apologizing for the delay — so I immediately called to cancel the order. I was told there was nothing they could do, that I was “stuck with it,” and my only option was to receive the item and then return it. That’s unacceptable, especially for a so-called premium brand. Between the decline in product quality and the completely unhelpful customer service, this was a frustrating experience from start to finish.
