I'm typically in-between sizes, having a 34/35 sleeve, 16" neck, 42" chest and 33" waist - the medium fit me absolutely perfectly. For something that is supposed to be a rugged fisherman's sweater, I felt a bit fancy wearing it out, but the quality and fit were so great that I kept it.
