My normal size wouldn’t stay on my feet, they slipped off in the heel. So I got a half size down and the heel doesn’t slip but the toe is very crowded. It’s a shoe that I will wear to Church or an event I can sit and get off my feet; somewhere there’s not a lot of walking, but this isn’t a shoe you wanna take a long walk in or dance. I’m hoping after they are broken in they’ll be more comfortable. The exchange process was remarkable easy and pleasant.
