On Macy's website they offer this boot but with a Sportsman's patch on the outer right side of the boots. But the boots I received are the boots in this picture. Why does Macy's have a picture of a boot that's not even on the Ralph Lauren website? If Macy's doesn't have that boot then why is that picture there. That is very deceiving to offer a product that you don't have and to give a customer the wrong product twice is just baffling. Yes, I received the boot that's in this picture twice even though I was assured that I would receive the boots that were offered on Macy's website which is what I wanted. Please give your customers what they ordered in the picture or change the picture. I can't recommend something that I didn't want.Date published: 2024-10-06
