As guests arrived to the stables for a pre-show cocktail hour, they enjoyed the equestrian grounds and classic cars from Ralph Lauren’s personal collection. After the show, guests made their way through the barn’s tack room to the entrance of the Polo Bar, a reproduction of Ralph Lauren’s iconic New York City restaurant, where they sat for a coursed dinner, including watermelon salad and local black bass
