- Size 8 has a 30.5" body length. Dress length is taken from the center mid-back and changes 0.5" between sizes.
- Ruffle-trimmed smocked neckline can be worn on or off the shoulder. Tie-neck accent with beaded cord ends at the center front of the neck. Keyhole at the center front of the neck. Pull-on styling.
- Short bubble sleeves with elasticized cuffs. Smocked waistband creates a blouson effect. Ruffle-trimmed tiered skirt. Shirring into the waist and tier seams. Lined at the skirt.
