- US size Petite 8 has a 35.5" body length and a 21.25" sleeve length. Dress length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes 0.5" between sizes. Sleeve length changes 0.25" between sizes.
- Ruffled band collar. Button-and-loop half-placket.
- Three-quarter-length blouson sleeves with elasticized cuffs. Shirring into the cuffs.
- Elasticized drawcord waist creates a blouson effect. Ruffle-trimmed tiered skirt. Shirring into the waist and tier seams. Front princess seams at the bodice. Cascading ruffles at the shoulders and princess seams. Fully lined except for the sleeves.
