That means altering the sleeve length will be difficult - so perhaps make sure your tailor can (and it willing to) do it. The sleeve length on a 46L is approximately 36”. I normally wear a 46L in Polo Soft, but this one was noticeably tighter in the chest/body and shorter in jacket length. And the sleeves were too short. If you’re at the upper edge of your size, consider sizing up. As always, actual mileage may vary; if you can try this one one before buying, perhaps consider doing so. That said, in the right size, this jacket is great. The fabric is breathable enough for warm weather, and it looks casually sharp; I get compliments every time I wear it.
