The handbag came carefully shipped and wrapped; however, it was previously purchased because there was no dust cover and the strap adjustment was messed up. I was able to adjust but realized after trying different strap lengths that I could not adjust the strap to wear on my shoulder because the purse totally caved in. The removable "pouch" on the inside was flimsy because it was not secured in the center and when inside the purse, everything kept catching on it going in and out. The "stamp" Polo in silver on the swede looked cheap. The swede is beautiful but I am disappointed overall with the design and lack of being able to fully use the strap and "pouch". Additionally, there are no 4 protective feet at the bottom as indicated in the description of this handbag.
