The size chart shows garment dimensions for the chest as 40" for medium and 43.5" for large (that seemed odd right off the bat). I have a 43" chest so ordered the large. It was big as a tent on me and measured 46 inches at the chest. So I returned it and ordered a medium. It measured 43" in the chest and fit nicely. Then it was washed (in cold water, line dried) after which it now measures 42". Too late to return post-wash and a little tighter than I'd prefer given the thinness of the fabric. Perhaps if I'd washed the large (in warm water?) it would've shrunk down to fit?
