XS is about 4 inches Above the start of my knee cap. I actually got size XS and S because this is my first Polo swim suit so I didnt know the sizing. Both sizes are basically the same length. S might be a half inch longer, theyre close though.The Small size is just a little wider in the waistband than XS. Theyre not too big and bulky and not too small either.
