I called back RL Customer Service again when the line picked up I had full blown performance of Britney Spears the Customer Service Representative hung up as soon as she realized that I’m listening to her performance. Third follow up spoke with Victoria at this point it was after close to 4:00 p.m. and I was done with RLCustomer Service saga and asked for refund. Victoria assured me that she processed refund and I’ll have confirmation email sent to my email. As of today 11/10/24 9:30 p.m. no confirmation email for refund was received. I’m giving them one more day and I’m putting dispute on my Amex card. Love RL style have been wearing it for so long but these past few years dealing with RL Customer Service is disaster!!! If anyone is reading this review do something about it. I usually ship my orders to RL store to pick up but since I was t traveling I opted for home delivery and had to face the consequences. Truly sad!
