They are warmer than most summer weight pajamas, and probably just right for fall or spring, and maybe winter. I think they run large, and I went down one size. They also stretch out quite a bit as you wear them. I'm 5'6", 120 lb, and wear size small in these. They launder nicely in cold water, don't shrink, and line dry quickly. They are a bit scratchy compared to jersey or flannel, but I have sensitive skin. I think a thin long sleeved tee would remedy that and make them little warmer.
