Once we opened the box it had scratches all over and It seemed to be dirty aswell. We pay good money for good stuff, this backpack is not worth it. I have seen multiple reviews on the black model saying the same thing. I am in the process of sending it back because this is very disappointing. Ralph Lauren needs to do better if they want to sell a backpack for 70 dollars.

Hopefully yall could help me and do something about this thank you and have a wonderful day.
