I’m 5 feet 5 inches and 106 pounds. My hips are 33 inches. Waist 27 inches. These aren’t high-rise on me, but I’m a grown woman. They sit midrise and they’re very comfortable. I ordered children’s size 16 and I washed and dried them and they fit me perfectly. I wear size 2 in adult Ralph Lauren. Won’t work if you have thick thighs or calves.
