Costumer service say my only option is that I have to take it to a seamstress to get repaired and they’re provide me with a refund. First person I spoke to said they would do full refund, second person said they’ll only refund $35. I have called several locations with quotes starting at $45-$60. I have to wait so they can order matching zipper color then I have to wait 1 week for repair.
