Upon receiving it, I immediately reached out to request an exchange. To my surprise, despite the item being in stock, my exchange request was denied. Additionally, when I asked to speak with a supervisor to resolve the issue, the request was refused. This is not the level of service I have come to expect from Ralph Lauren, and it is deeply disappointing. I would appreciate a reconsideration of this decision, as well as a clearer explanation for the exchange denial.
