Details- Slim Fit: cut close to the body, with fitted sleeves and higher armholes; 5¼” slimmer at the waist than our Classic Fit.
- Size medium has a 31" back body length, an 18¼" shoulder, a 42½" chest, and a 34½" sleeve length. Sleeve length changes 1" between sizes.
- Button-down point collar. Buttoned placket.

The collar looks as if it had been heavily pressed by a cheap dry cleaner, which caused it to have mottled fabric marks (think of scorch marks on the collar caused from a very hot iron). Let's put it this way, side by side, my 3-year old Blk RL oxford is in significantly better condition than the "new" one that I just received. Out of the box, this item was incredibly wrinkled and the plastic wrap it arrived in had holes in it with older barcode stickers that were haphazardly ripped off and replaced with new barcode stickers. Furthermore, comparing this shirt to a green oxford that I purchased through RL.com previously this year, the green one arrived in pristine condition, not a mark on it, and the sleeves were not rolled up - no wrinkles, no problems at all. I guess it is just hit and miss buying from RL.com. With the prices the way they are, higher standards of quality control need to be put in place to avoid such problems. Plain and simple, this shirt was in unacceptable condition and should never have been sent out to a customer. Sometimes I buy the RL oxfords at outlet stores, and I suppose I will continue to do that just for the piece of mind, because apparently the online purchase can't be trusted. In addition, the customer service were unable to process my request for a simple exchange, so I agreed to a standard refund. Lastly, for the love of God, please do not send out old clothes in unacceptable condition to customers who are paying $$$ for this material. It damages the trust when you guys just slap things together and ship it out, hoping that people will just deal with it. If it wasn't for the collar having iron scorch marks on it, I would have simply just washed it and pressed it myself. But the hot iron scorch marks are where I have to draw the line.
