I have a blue and white one of similar design that I have had for 20 years. That is what I call quality. It badly needs replacement as it is really starting to age, so I grabbed this one even though it was pricey to me. I received it - immediately washed it as my method with anything I buy. The first wash made it look like I had washed it for five years. Terrible quality - pilling, linting, seams around the outside of the towel had white spaces - not enough cotton weaved, strings already coming out. I was so disappointed as I really wanted this towel. I called customer service and it was efficiently taken back in supplying me a label. I've had good luck and terrible experiences on the website - particularly when there is a sale. There is very little coordination with inventory and stores, so you can get a confirmation of your order and then three days later get another one saying the item was sold out.
