They patterns are beautiful. The top of the comforter where you fold it down if you do has a different pattern than the rest of it and I love that fact about it. The colors in this comforter are definitely more feminine than masculine, but my husband does not mind at all. When I feel it my hands glide over the fabric and is cool to the touch which I love, but at the same time keeps you warm at night. I sleep with the fan on all year, so we keep a comforter on the bed all year long so my husband can stay warm while I remain cool, but warm if I need it.
