I have purchased many hats/caps from many different brands but surprisingly from Ralph Lauren- paying $80+ for a hat, you would expect the packaging of a hat to be more thoughtful to maintain the shape of the hat once received. This hat was thrown in a bag and delivered flat and mis-shaped and bent. There was no cardboard at the front (or anywhere) of the cap to maintain the shape at all. I am now attempting to prop the front of the cap up with a cardboard piece from another hat I have. The quality of the hat is great. We akso expect Ralph Lauren /Polo to package up and their product with care so that we receive it as expected, don’t we?Date published: 2026-01-26
