It came all crumpled up inside a plastic bag. The mailman stuffed it into my mailbox. I called customer service right away. The bio said the hat had a 1" brim. I like short brims on bucket hats. I bought the hat, on sale for $87.50. (Foil that I am) The hat actually had a 2 1/4" brim. That's false advertising. Shoppers beware!
