I paid for the item said it would arrive a week ago. When I contacted customer service and asked why the item hadn’t arrived, my order was canceled. Customer service didn’t care that I’m a postal carrier and was excited to wear this hat at work. Instead tried to sell me other winter hats and made no effort to tell me if the item was in stock at any stores or to even fulfill my order. Very poor customer service, I’ll take all my business to James Perse from now on. Customer support then tried to make me go to the office to return the wrong item THEY sent.
