I’ve been waiting for more than 30 years for Ralph and his design team to learn how to make a quality hat. One that fits the crown of your head, without the brim of the hat looking like wet cardboard. It’s such an easy fix and RL would easily 20x their hat sales. I’ve worked in the garment and textile industry, 1 call to the right vendor fixes the floppy hat situation at RL. I literally bought this hat in blue, in hopes it would be of better quality.
