I understand synthetic fibers are in fashion, but there's nothing better than 100% cotton for us diabetics, who suffer nerve damage to our feet, which get pretty warm. Therefore, we prefer 80 and 90 % cotton content over synthetic. personally I can only stand 100% leather made shoes and as close as I can find, 100% cotton socks with a 10 to 15% content of synthetic which are very difficult to find these days.
