I have used it many countless for running over the past two years without any issues. It provided breathability and resistance to wear than expensive socks. Now, I wanted to get some more, but upon trying these socks just once for running, it already started tearing. And it also held on to the sweat, so wasn't breathable. I am reading one shouldn't buy cotton socks for any athletic activities as it wil hold on to the sweat. Not only that, socks gave off black lint at the bottom of my feet.
