Received the first pair and they were damaged; one ear piece was installed slightly higher than the other so set off balance. Contacted RL and they sent me to Luxottica who makes their frames. They were ZERO help! I really loved the frames so called RL back. Was told I could buy another pair because they don’t do exchanges on glasses since they DON’T Make them!?
