Details- Size 40R has a 42¼" front body length, a 41½" back body length, a 19¼" shoulder, and a 35½" sleeve length. Sleeve length is taken from the center back of the neck and changes ¼" between sizes.
- Point collar. Buttoned throat latch. Buttoned placket.
- Long raglan sleeves. Adjustable buttoned tabs at the cuffs.
- Two front waist angled pockets. Two interior chest pockets.
- Belt loops. Self belt with a leather-covered buckle.

Harris Tweed Balmacaan Coat is rated out of 5 by 1.Rated 4 out of 5 by B. O'Regan from Beautiful silhouette; auth.fabric. Misses 1 detail Silhouette is cut beautifully and on a true Balmacaan model. Fabric is definitely Harris Tweed (the label is sewn there, and the hand feels Tweedy). Misses key Balmacaan detail by omitting the hidden placket (hence 4 stars). Balmacaans were cut to be weatherized (thus the raglan sleeve) - so, should have had a hidden placket. Note: Balmacaans are intentionally cut generously to size. If you prefer a more fitted silhouette, you should size down - but this is not the intended fit (e.g., Balmacaan's are cut generously for walking, whereas paddock coats are cut more fitted for town wear).
