I purchased a pair of Ralph Lauren jeans for my husband from Macys. There was a defect in the fabric and they ripped in the same spot on both sides of the rear pockets after two months. Macys refused to take them back. I contacted RL. They had me return the jeans to them for inspection and within two weeks they refunded me for the jeans with a gift card.
