This order arrived and both shirts felt like they were washed and dried, shrunk. Not the first time this happened. No more online shopping at RL polo for me. Too bad there is no quality control.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from very very bad quality the quality is terrible. now the fabric is thin, like a cheap rag and does not hold its shape. it is three times thinner than it was before. i have the same polo shirt that i bought in the flagship, in 2023. it was made in vietnam. now in the same store i bought a thin rag on which only the label and pony resembles polo ralph lauren. like all brands, the ralph lauren brand has also degraded and started making low-quality things selling not clothes and quality, but the name. i do not recommend buying modern things from ralph now. look for polo shirts made before 2024 on eBay

Washing it did not even make a difference. Feel of the shirt is rough Size Xl fits well. May have to consider wearing the soft version of this shirt.

I always felt that they were as boring as wearing khakis to work. This year, I decided to give Ralph Lauren a chance, and I was completely delighted with the decision. If I had to purchase one product from Ralph Lauren or his lovely brand, it would hands down have to be his iconic offering of the polo shirt. I am thinner than most men, therefore I chose to purchase a custom slim size. I bought a green one in color with an orange polo player. I love how the website navigates easily and is very thoughtful with suggestions and ideas. Completely brilliant! It shipped fast, and when I opened the box, Christmas came early for me! Such a beautiful shirt and even though it was not made in America, there still was care involved with it. The fit was perfect, and when I wore it on day one... I had never had so many compliments on a shirt. I wear suits a lot and it surprised me how people acknowledged me with compliments because I was wearing a fashionable brand. If you are ever going to buy a polo shirt, you must purchase this one because this is the creme de la creme, or should I say supreme! The price is worth it... they are "Polos" for a reason. Ralph Lauren will definitely be getting more of my business in the future. Thank you for making men's clothing a pleasure to wear.

The blue is wide, the gray is too tight. Size inconsistencies make online purchase a gamble. 2) I ordered 3 shirts, but 1 was cancelled. So, RL sold me a product they did not have, at my expense, because at that time there was a very good promo. Overall: I like the brand and the specific product, so I would not give up on them, but they have to fix a lot of things, both in quality control/consistency and in the online ordering system.
