He loves Rugby shirts so I found one at the Ralph Lauren store that he did not already have. I ordered it, paid for it, got a confirming e-mail and thought everything was fine. I do not check e-mail everyday and therefore was not aware until days later, Ralph Lauren had sent another e-mail stating my order had been cancelled as they did not carry that rugby shirt any longer. Are you kidding me! You're selling a shirt that you no longer carrying and then cancelling the order? That's crazy and yes, I'm a little ticked off at the Ralph Lauren Store.
