I really love the look of this jacket and wanted to buy it last fall, but missed my window of opportunity and once I made up my mind size 48L was gone. I looked at the website around Labor Day this year and it seemed to be available in 48L, the website showed 2 left and ordered it. What I received was a 46R wrongly tagged as a 48L, so I returned it at my local RL boutique store, which promptly restocked the jacket once more in the wrong size! (Talk about one hand not knowing what the other does!) The hotline people then said they'd check for availability on the other jacket with the warehouse, but never actually did and I didn't receive the call they promised. I then called several times until I got a seemingly definitive answer - I was told they'd have it available 100% in the warehouse - as they just spoke with them and checked - and I ordered it again. A day later an order cancellation e-mail arrived, because the jacket wasn't available after all apparently - despite the assurances from the day before - including having checked "in person". Long story short this wasn't excatly a pleasurable shopping experience. Though I received the wrong sized jacket - it seemed fine and relatively well made, albeit the herringbone material it was made of was much more coarse and "rustic" than the pictures would actually suggest.
