In my experience, the biggest issue with a sweater of this kind is achieving a good fit that isn't either billowing out at the waist, or so tight that the buttons pull open when seated. Also, an appropriate length is important to achieving a proper fit, as well. This sweater strikes the perfect balance: flattering while being comfortable, and just long enough. The yarn used is soft, but also lofty, and thick enough to give the impression that it will be durable. Buttons are nice, and the button holes are sturdy.
