The quality, style, and overall look were exactly what I expected from the brand. Unfortunately, after just one wash, I was very disappointed. I purchased a size Large, and after washing it according to the care instructions, it shrunk down to what feels like a Medium. For a $150 hoodie, I really don’t think this should happen. I’m also disappointed with the changes to the label. The traditional little blue Ralph Lauren label has been replaced with a printed label and QR code. I understand that the economy is difficult and companies are trying to cut costs, but when you’re paying $150 for a product, you expect the quality and details to reflect that price. I still like Ralph Lauren and the hoodie itself, but this experience was disappointing.
