To be fair, FedEx was the one that delivered it to a wrong house, but they didn't car and told me to resolve it with RL. At that time, thing went from bad to worse as I spent three different phone calls trying to get it resolved and their customer service just couldn't have cared less They said they were sorry a hundred times, but all "sorry" means with companies like this is "don't be mad, but we're going to just keep doing this". All my years buying online and this was truly remarkable to watch how Ralph Lauren customer service just got it wrong over and over and never resolved it or got me the product. But, like FedEx, it is just clear that nobody there cares at all.
