My requests for complete delivery evidence and confirmation of a FedEx misdelivery investigation remain unanswered. Their latest response was that they could not assist because the address belongs to a freight forwarder. However, my complaint concerns whether the package ever reached that warehouse, not a loss during international forwarding. Being repeatedly directed to my bank without having these specific concerns addressed has been extremely frustrating.
