Excessive cost engineering has pushed prices up and quality down. While this is inevitable, cost engineering should be directed towards outlet and wholesale off price channels while preserving DTC channels as the anchor. Ralph Lauren is still the king of style. I hope this message reaches those looking for feedback.

It was not a proportional shrinkage as the length was extremely shortened and shoulders and sleeves did not shrink at the same rate. Now one arm is longer than the other. What a rip. Just another $125.00 polishing cloth. WHAT A RIP.
