I was fully satisfied with my first purchase of the same white boxers about a year ago and decided to reorder the identical product. Upon receipt, however, I immediately noticed an overall yellowish shade on all items. I promptly contacted customer service to report the issue but received no response. Since the packaging box appeared somewhat old and damaged, I then assumed the discoloration might be superficial and could be resolved with proper laundering. I washed the boxers using oxy powder with color catch sheets in an effort to eliminate the yellowish tint. That didn't work at all. I believe the cotton used was not a true, pure white, which is more than unfortunate for underwear.
