Ordered two different pairs - almost settling on a whole size down - but ultimately both pairs were a bust. Like many reviews mention, the opening of the shoe is awkwardly loose and misshapen, which led me from going a half size to a whole size down. It fit better and I was happy, but only after a day or so or wearing them out I began to notice something poking up into my heel from the footbed of the shoe. Upon inspection I could see that something from the inside of the shoe - from the shoes construction -pointing up and poking the bottom of my heel through the insole. I contacted CS and provided photos and they gladly provided me with a return lable to send the back for a full refund. After all of this I opted for a different brand I found on sale but honestly miss these and wanted them to work. For the money and after the overall experience I couldn't bring myself to order a third pair, but I do miss them and wish I still had a pair if they were properly fitted.Date published: 2026-02-21Rated 1 out of 5 by JD from Horrible experience Incredibly disappointed in the order when I received it.
