Ironically, my husband and I have found programming that demonstrates the tailored made Italian shoe. It’s amazing how much work goes into a well made shoe. Some hand made shoes may take up to 6 mos. to make. My husband wanted a suede shoe and tried on a pair from a different maker at double the price of the RL shoe. If he wanted them, the price was not a problem. Immediately the other higher priced shoe lost its form while he tried them on in the store; and the disappointed him. Sight unseen, I ordered the RL shoe for him from on-line as a surprise. We were impressed from the service, the expedient shipping, the packaging, and most of all…the shoe’s beauty and quality. My husband says it is the best shoe he’s ever had, and trust me, he’s gotten some beautiful shoes and he’s 71 yrs. in age.
