Created by Ralph Lauren Corporation’s Black Advisory Council, the Ralph Lauren Pin of Solidarity is a tangible, evergreen symbol of allyship and solidarity with Black, African, and African American communities. Conceived and designed by our employees, this pin is intended as a gateway for conversation, connection, and understanding. To honor the pin’s purpose, and as a part of our commitments to address systemic racism and racial injustice, $8.20 per unit sold (all of the profits from the sale of each pin excluding manufacturing and related costs incurred) will be contributed to the United Negro College Fund (UNCF) Ralph Lauren Scholarship Program, funding scholarships for Black college students throughout the United States.
