It’s heavy and substantial, and the size of the medallions is perfect for my style…not small at all but not overwhelming either. I have a 27” waist, and the size small works well. On the tightest hole it fits nearly perfectly where my natural waist is smallest. From there, I can adjust larger to fit lower on my hips or to accommodate more fabric (such as an oversized blazer).
