Sterling Silver & Leather Concho Belt

This beautifully handcrafted sterling silver and turquoise concho belt is made by renowned Navajo silversmith Jimmy Begay Jr., in Gallup, New Mexico. The design—reminiscent of Navajo Third Phase concho belts—features handmade silver concho with repoussé and traditional stamped designs, alternating between butterflies and oval conchos, and a single-prong oval-shaped buckle set with two natural turquoise cabochons in sunray stamping. Copper slides set the conchos on a natural brown vachetta leather belt. It is finished with the artist’s marker, “JBJ Sterling,” hand-stamped at the reverse side of the buckle.
