It has the look of a much more expensive bag that I was eyeing, and I actually like this Lauren bag better! Be advised that the interior color is NOT black as pictured. The “truffle” interior is closer to taupe.

My laptop fits perfectly, there's an interior zip pocket to keep important things contained, and I really like that the clips are easy to open and close at the top. The brown leather is gorgeous and classic and I feel like this will stand the test of time and be my go-to professional and carry-on bag.

However, this year black satchel is a disappointment. It comes in a very dull, almost cheap-looking leather. Returning.

Love the middle zippered compartment and the side slip pocket. The leather is durable and tough, but nice. The red leather on the inside is striking and it pops...not to mention that I can find my stuff so much easier than in a dark lined bag. It is quite lightweight and comfortable on the arm or the shoulder. I was looking to purchase this other purse (about 5X more) but I really love this one and save lots of $$$. Love it! I also scored 30% off! You will not be disappointed with this purse.

I had been searching at all of the major brands and I had not thought about RL until a friend had an RL bag. That made me start looking at the website and I was immediately smitten with the Marcy bag. I couldn't get it out of my mind. I am a type A personality and a little obsessed with my requirements for my purses. This one checked all of my boxes. It was big, but no too big, classy and sophisticated, gorgeous gold hardware, not heavy, strap to carry it on my shoulder but it looks great in the hand or on my forearm, which I prefer, red interior that is not cloth so I don't worry about the cloth staining. There is one interior pocket to keep things simple and there is a clasp to hold the two sides together. I really love this purchase and it cost less than some of the other bags that I had been eyeing. I also purchased the matching wallet because I can't have a bag without the matching wallet. The big thing was that this bag has is feet. You couldn't tell by some of the photos but there are feet, and I love to hear to clink of the feet as they hit a table, and I don't want to spend money on a bag and it starts to get worn on the bottom. The feet are a big plus. I was not going to but a bag without feet. The packaging was perfect and it came on time. I have used this bag everyday for about the last 2 weeks+ and so far, I am still in love. Highly recommend this if this is the look you are going for, simple and classy!
