But then things happend and then was told it got delayed for some reason and just get the refund for the additional charge. Which made it feel like choosing the product because of the option was just a bait and they can just refund u and force u to get the item however they desired. And on top of that calling for several tines for nothing but empty promises. Where first called made was garenteed that I would recieved the order at the garenteed date else I could request a refund the other day. Then the next day order number came without an actual estimated date which made me insecure which is why I called again to get it refunded and was promised on that call that they woukd handle everything where they woukd request the carrier to send it directly back to the place it got send out to and refund will be processed then. And i repeatly asked if there would be situation that it still getvsent back to the destination that I set where I would no longer be there. And the answer was no they would handle everything but in the end item got sent to where I set which was promised not going to happend and on date that was wanted to be avoided and I had to trouble someone else to processed the return which I wanted to avoid. That is why it made me disapointed on the service, as I paid for what I expected but then nothing went as expected.
