The item I received looks completely different from what was shown online. At first, I assumed it was just a shipping mistake, so I requested an exchange. However, when I received the replacement, it was still not the same as the product in the photos. I contacted customer service through chat, but I couldn’t hear clearly the answer about whether the product shown in the pictures was actually available. So I couldn’t decide to return it right away. Selling a product that looks different from what is advertised feels misleading and honestly like a scam or trick. This was not first time I have experienced this situations in this store. Overall, I am very disappointed not only with the product but also with the customer service.Date published: 2026-04-11
